Brandi & Brook's Engagement Session

I have truly enjoyed getting to know Brandi & Brook and their families! Everyone has been so sweet to me, and has made me feel like I am a part of them! (I'm also shooting Brandi's brother's wedding this year, and her sister Morgan is one of my friends)
So....on to the session, it was chilly, but beautiful! Things started out a little crazy
(with a mix up of times & craziness getting into the bridge), but it turned out quite well!

I am WAY behind on posting. It's been quite busy, which is such a blessing! We did get to hang out with some friends this weekend, and had a little chill time, which doesn't happen too often!

Finally - Family Photos

This event has been long awaited & much needed. We haven't had family portraits done in...
well several years. I think last time Abbi was 12-18mo, and she's now 3!!!

Kelsey & Ryan: Engagement

Everything about this session was ideal!!
We were afraid we might have to cancel at first, with the rain & huge storm cloud
hovering above downtown. BUT I am so glad we didn't.
The cloud dissipated, and we moved on.
The weather was perfect, lighting was superb, the couple was beautiful,
and their love is so amazing & real...
I couldn't have asked for better circumstances to do an engagement session.

Kelsey & Ryan, you rocked it guys, seriously!!! It was so fun to hang out with you two!
Ryan, you did such a great job...I was very impressed! And Kelsey, you are the biggest sweetheart! I have loved getting to know you, and I am ecstatic about your wedding!

The Moore Family

I cannot tell you how sweet this family is, but I knew they would be...being a friend of Melanie's.

I met them at their beautiful home to get in a lifestyle session of the family, and of course some newborn photos. Little Baby Campbell gave me baby fever badly, and I had so much fun capturing Carter's FUN toddler personality.

She was sleeping when I got there....

Abbi Update

So, I haven't posted any pics of Abbi lately. :) And I know you all are dying for one, right!?

A few weeks ago I headed downtown Norman to shoot some textures, and the good 'ol Abbers came along. We, of course, had to get in a mini shoot while we were at it, and may I say I am quite impressed with my daughter's modeling skills. You know, she it from her momma tho. ;)

...Really, I am so impressed because at 3 years she is already tired of my camera.
Boy do we have a long way to go...
